Atlanta Summer Wine Festival
Wine festivals are a great way to bask in the deep flavors of perfectly aged wine. It is basically a paradise for wine connoisseurs as it introduces them to good wine suppliers and shops.
There is something wonderful about the art of making wine, from growing the grapes, the harvest, to the whole aging process. A lot of time, effort, and patience goes into each glass you pour, and it is very fascinating to learn all about it.
Of course, it also allows them to meet fellow wine lovers. The latter is probably the best part of attending wine festivals. After all, good conversations make wine taste a hundred times better, don’t you think?
Well, at the 2022 Atlanta Summer Wine Festival, you get all that and more!
Discover and try more than 50 types of wine, plus a small selection of beer, cider, and seltzer! There will also be a live music show, with DJ Qtip coming to make the day more fun and enjoyable.
Ticket prices cost $45 in advance; $50 after August 4; $60 on the day of the event. If not sold out, visit The Eastern's Box Office on Fridays from 2 to 6 p.m. to avoid paying admission costs. These prices already include all wine and beer tastings, as well as entertainment and a commemorative acrylic wine glass.
Just a few reminders, though:
- No children, babies, or pets are allowed at this event because it is 21 and up only.
- No refunds - the event will pursue rain or shine!
- No outside food is allowed, but free water bottles will be provided at the venue.
- Do not drink and drive - better book an Uber, Lyft, or walk home.
- Alcohol will be stopped for sessions 1 and 2 at 3:45 and 9:45, respectively.
Now that everything is set and ready, you can now go ahead and join your fellow wine enthusiasts at The Eastern, 800 Old Flat Shoals Road, Atlanta on Saturday, August 13, 2022. Doors open at 12:00 PM and close at 10:00 PM.
