Hands up if you are in for another round of music, fun, and community love! The Oakhurst Porchfest comes back on Sunday, October 8th, 2022, to give you all that and more. 

The Oakhurst Porchfest is the ultimate grassroots music festival, and it is fully owned and managed by the whole neighborhood. Lesley Greene and Gretchen Hildreth came up with the initial concept of this engagement back in 2015. Imagine: an afternoon where all of the porches in the area served as stages, and people just walked from yard to yard, listening, hanging out, and connecting with their neighbors? Since then, the festival has grown to host hundreds of bands, artists, and merchandisers - and other states have adopted this music festival concept too! 

From 11 A.M. to 7:00 P.M., you can stroll around the Oakhurst area and enjoy the music performances on the homeowners' porches. There will also be a kick-off at the Oakhurst Community Garden. The day will conclude with a throwdown in the middle of the neighborhood.

This year's lineup is still yet to be announced, but expect around 200 performers on the day! You can also find arts, crafts, food, and more being sold in the area.
