Back in 2007, the Kirkwood Business Owners’ Association was founded. It brought together several businesses from the Kirkwood Business District to promote stability, profitability, and growth. Wrinkle Free Delivery is a proud member of the KBOA, and that’s why we are extra excited to introduce you to this event: The 16th Annual Kirkwood Wine Stroll!

The KBOA holds its annual fundraiser during the Kirkwood Wine Stroll. By hosting this event, we can get to know our neighbors better, support local nonprofits, beautify and market the Kirkwood Business Districts, and raise money for our organization's operational budget. The proceeds will be used to improve the commercial areas and support other Kirkwood organizations and activities.

As customers enjoy the communal experience of this well-liked neighborhood hotspot, the businesses will open their doors and encourage visitors to sample wines from all over the world. Guests receive a keepsake wine glass, a program, and live entertainment with each ticket they purchase.

Get a chance to sample more than 50 kinds of red, white, rose, and sparkling wines. You can also purchase small meals and dine-in specials from Kirkwood restaurants to pair with your wine! The event also features promotions, giveaways, musical performances and demonstrations from other nearby establishments. 

The 16th annual Kirkwood Wine Stroll is scheduled on Friday, September 16 from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Oh, and don’t forget to get your tickets ASAP - they are selling out fast! 

When was the last time you had a good laugh? You know, the kind of laughter that made your stomach hurt, or made you gasp for air. That’s how you know you’re having a good time - when you’re so happy that all you could do is laugh. 

But here’s a funny thing - laughter may lift up your spirits, but it can actually do so much more than that.

The best part? It’s FREE! You don’t need to pay a lot just to laugh. By that, we mean going to the completely free comedy show - Laughing Hour On The Square!

Brought to you by Colony Square, Laughing Hour On The Square brings together local comedians to bring a good laugh. Their first leg kicked off last April, but it will go on until October. They hold these shows every first Monday of the month, and they will once again be up on September 12, with the Whole World Improv Theatre performing their funniest acts!

Drinks, foods, and snacks are available at the upscale food hall Politan Row in Colony Square. There are lots of choices, so pretty sure you can fill up your tummy with good food, aside from the laughter! 

However, seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. It is recommended that attendees bring their own extra blankets and chairs.

It is frequently scheduled for The Plaza to host this event. It will be moved to The Patio, a covered space between Politan Row and The Plaza, if it starts to rain. The show will go on unless there are harsh weather conditions!

After all, what else could stop the fun and hefty dose of laughter? 

Just hearing his name is enough to tickle your funny bone, indeed. From a stand-up comedian performing in Philadelphia, Kevin Hart has made a name in Hollywood, with movies screening left and right, with a dash of acting awards at that. He has recently shown his acting prowess when he tackled a family drama film by Netflix, Fatherhood, where he portrayed the struggles of being a single parent. 

But we aren’t here to divulge his Hollywood journey - because if there’s something new to watch out for this comedy genius, it’s his tour. And it’s his first tour after four long years!

Hart, who was named one of the highest-paid stand-up comedians of 2019 by Forbes, sold out more than 100 arenas on his most recent international comedy tour, and his Irresponsible Tour sold more than one million tickets worldwide in 2017. He continued to set records as he sold out Philadelphia's Lincoln Financial Field for his hometown stand-up show while on his What Now Tour, becoming the first comedian to do so.

And now that he’s coming to State Farm Arena, what’s stopping you? Hart will perform at the stage on September 8 & 9, 2022. And if you’re excited, the man himself is too! Here’s what he said about his tour:
