Wash and Fold Laundry Process:
After your bag is picked up, our drivers bring it to our laundry facility, where it’s weighed, noted for any preferences, cleaning notes, or other specifications.
Your items are then sorted by lights and darks, pockets are checked, and any visible stains are pre-treated.
Wash and fold laundry is washed, dried and expertly folded, and packaged for delivery back to you!
You’ll receive a text when your order is ready for delivery.
1. Place all your dry cleaning garments in our reusable garment bag or if this your first time place in any type of bag or hamper.
2. Set your preferences in our app (light starch, heavy starch or no starch, crease or no crease, folded or on hanger etc).
3. Place your order adding any additional notes.
4. Sit your bag outside your door.
5. On pickup day one of our Wrinkle Free Drivers will pick up your order.
6. On delivery day your order will be delivered to your door.
7. Sit back and Reclaim Your Free Time! Why go to the cleaners twice?
All launder-press and dry cleaning garments should be sent for service in your Dry Cleaning Bag. There is no need to separate the two treatment types.
