Join this one-of-a-kind running event on July 8, 2023 at the Riverside EpiCenter!

Health is wealth, indeed – and when you mix it with family time, it becomes much more fun and beneficial! So, if you're a new mother who wants to get back to her fitness routine, this is the race for you! The 5k Stroller Race is a unique running event for your entire family. It is a 3.1-mile race open to all runners, walkers, and those who want to participate while pushing a baby jogger, stroller, wagon, tricycle, power wheels, or any other type of wheel. Running with baby joggers after birth helps keep you in shape and benefits both you and your baby's health. Investing in a jogging stroller may be the ideal way to bridge the gap between marathon training and dinner preparation. It relieves you of the guilt of spending time away from your baby and provides you with unlimited mobility to get a quick workout wherever you go with your family.

But of course, you can also join even without a stroller! The race is open to expecting mothers, supporting fathers, grandmothers, and grandfathers who are ready to run and roll on Saturday, July 8, 2023 at the Riverside EpiCenter!

More than the running event, you can also expect a lot more exciting activities and events. There will be live music performances, special guests, and vendors at the venue. Exceptional runners will also get prizes, giveaways, and race medals, especially since there will be official time runners present at the race! Don’t forget to also smile, as there will be an official photographer to take free race photos!

Each participant who will register here will receive a t-shirt as well as a race medal for the first 100 people. We strongly recommend that you decorate your stroller and dress your child in their favorite costumes. Along with other awards, the best-decorated stroller will be recognized. Please keep in mind that you are not required to register the child in the stroller you will be bringing. The registration fee for children riding in strollers is waived with the payment of an adult fee. Registration closes on July 6, 2023, but you may still register onsite on the day of the race.

The 5K Stroller Roll is presented by It Starts With Me 2, a non-profit organization that promotes healthy living for the entire family through education, nutrition, and physical fitness.
