Come and celebrate the sumptuous local cuisine of Atlanta!

Atlanta’s most-anticipated hyper food festival is back! The AgLanta Eats Festival is gearing up for another run on August 21, 2023 at The Atlanta Botanical Garden. Discover and experience a range of samples created by prominent regional chefs using the freshest ingredients from farms in the metro Atlanta area and AgLanta producers. The food festival fosters awareness of and support for regional farms and food producers while also celebrating, educating, and uniting the components of our local food system. 

This food festival, which is co-hosted by Groundwork Atlanta and the City of Atlanta's Urban Agriculture/Food System team, promotes their common goal of creating a resilient, equitable, inclusive, just, and accessible food system in Atlanta.

Guests can indulge in farm-fresh food samples, a variety of drinks, live music, educational seminars, garden tours, and more, all while having full access to the Atlanta Botanical Garden.

The money raised goes to the AgLanta Grows-A-Lot initiative, which encourages the creation of productive urban farms and gardens on vacant and underused city-owned lots in Atlanta neighborhoods with poor access to fresh produce. This is a project run by Groundwork Atlanta under the auspices of the Mayor of Atlanta's Office of Sustainability and Resilience and Office of City Planning.
