Keep the good times flowing with a purpose!
The High Museum Atlanta Wine Auction brings a new meaning to “party” as it brings purpose to the mix! From March 22 to 25, 2023, you can sample world-class wineries and cuisine from the top chefs in Atlanta as you all work towards the same goal: support the High Museum of Art. Proceeds from the auction help support the Museum's exhibition and education plan, helping to make special exhibitions possible, which also helps support dynamic youth educational programs that attract over 60,000 schoolchildren each year to the High.
For over 30 years, the High Museum Atlanta Wine Auction has raised more than $37 million over the years and will be held in the tents at Atlantic Station again in March. Today, it is the top charity fundraising event in Atlanta, one of the largest charity wine auctions in the United States, and the number one charity wine auction benefiting the arts, raising more than $1.1 million in 2021 and $3 million in 2022.
To spice up the day even more, you’ll also get a chance to meet the special guest of honor, Sam Lando of Lando Wines. In 2014, Sam Lando started attending the High Museum Atlanta Wine Auction with his own label. His stellar auction lots have been crowd favorites year after year, with last year's lot raising more than $122,000!
Also in the list of guests to look out for are the special guest chefs, Reginald Washington and Duane Nutter! Reginald Washington is in charge of the staffing, management, and day-to-day operations at SONAT Hospitality Group concepts, ensuring that every element is consistent with the organization's brand and focused on the customer's entire dining experience. Duane Nutter, on the other hand, has established himself as one of the country's most innovative chefs, impressing diners and critics with his signature modern twists on classic dishes for more than 15 years.
