The 2023 Discover Boating Atlanta Boat Show will dock at the Georgia World Congress Center from January 12 to 15, 2023, offering a one-stop shop and winter boating oasis for those looking to discover the joys of being on the water. 

Aside from the beautiful boats at the show, the four-day engagement also offers a whole array of fun activities. There are fishing and sailing seminars for anyone who wants to learn a new skill. Classes are available for any interest, be it kayaking, fly fishing, sonar technology, or bass fishing. 

There are also bass tub seminars, where you can watch pro anglers demonstrate their fishing and casting skills inside the 5,000-gallon aquarium. You can examine how fish react to various fishing techniques, baits, and lures. 

Progressive Insurance also offers the Fred's Shed How-To Center, where participants - whether a newbie or an expert - can ask for tips, tricks, and DIY hacks about boats and sailing. Capt. Cefus McRae of the Nuts & Bolts of Fishing TV show will also join the event to let you in on how he pilots his fishing adventures.

The opening day offers huge discounts on drinks, where you can get them for only $5. However, the Lake Life Lounge is up and running, where you can relax, listen to live music, and get something to eat and drink—lobster rolls, crab cakes, and specialty cocktails will be available. Atlanta's Children's Choir will perform at 12 pm and 1 pm on the opening day.

That's not all, because your little ones can also come and join the fun. The boat show has a designated area for the Kids' Zone, where youngsters can engage in fun activities such as the Nautical Reading Time with Atlanta News First/Peachtree TV's Books to Kids.
