Davido is gracing the Atlanta State Farm Arena with his rich culture and musical prowess with the Are We African Yet? Festival. Are you ready to jam?

Davido, a Nigerian vocalist/producer, combines traditional African elements with global mainstream pop to create intriguing and infectious music tracks. On his 2020 album A Better Time, he quickly progressed from club-ready early songs to charting releases and features from big names like Nicki Minaj and Chris Brown.

On November 18, 2022, Davido will join hands with fellow great talents from Afrobeats, Kizz Daniel, Pheelz, Lojay, and BNXN (FKA Buju) for the AWAY Festival. The festival aims to "promote and foster cultural exportation and collaboration between Africa and the world, and there is no time like now," according to Davido. 

This event is another power move from Davido, whose music provided a bridge to connect Africa with the world. In an accompanying statement, he said, "Growing up, we were often made to feel unworthy as Africans. So many of us didn't want to claim where we were from and, in some cases, denied our heritage. That's not the case anymore. We are proud Africans, and we want to invite people to enjoy our culture – our music, food, and art. That's what the A.W.A.Y Festival is all about."
